These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace or override, the original MuOnline End User License Agreement (EULA), which remains the intellectual property of its respective owners. IceMU does not claim any ownership, rights, or affiliation with MuOnline or its developers.

IceMU is a private, unofficial, fan-operated server created strictly for entertainment and community purposes. This site/server is in no way associated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to Webzen Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any official MuOnline representatives. All trademarks, brand names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

IceMU reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, add, remove, or change any part of these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review the Terms. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

The IceMU Service is intended strictly for users aged 13 years or older.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from creating or maintaining any account or using any part of the Service.

Users who are considered minors under applicable local laws (including those aged 13 or older but below the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction) may only use the Service under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for all actions performed on the account.

IceMU does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If such data is identified, it will be removed as soon as reasonably possible.

In order to access certain features of the Service, users are required to create an account (“User ID” or “Account”).

By registering an Account, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You will maintain the accuracy of your information at all times
• You accept full responsibility for all actions performed under your Account

IceMU strictly prohibits the use of offensive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate usernames or character names. The administration reserves the right to modify, remove, or permanently ban any Account deemed inappropriate, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including username and password.

You agree that:

• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited
• Buying, selling, trading, or transferring accounts is strictly forbidden
• Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility, regardless of authorization

IceMU staff will never request your password under any circumstances. You are strongly advised not to share your login information with anyone.

In the event of suspected compromise, it is your responsibility to notify the IceMU support team immediately.

IceMU reserves the right to enforce disciplinary actions at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent account bans

Sanctions may be applied with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

The administration’s decisions regarding disciplinary actions are final and binding. Appeals may be submitted, but acceptance of any appeal is not guaranteed.

IceMU is a free-to-play private server. However, users may choose to make voluntary donations to support server maintenance, development, and operational costs.

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Donations are entirely voluntary
• Donations do not constitute a purchase of goods or services
• No guarantees are provided in exchange for donations
• All donations are final and non-refundable
• Virtual benefits (if any are granted) have no real-world monetary value

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent transaction may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the associated account(s).

The use, abuse, exploitation, or intentional discovery of bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics within the Service is strictly prohibited.

Users are required to report any discovered exploits to the administration as soon as possible.

Any violation of this rule may result in severe penalties, including permanent account termination.

IceMU may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time, with or without prior notice.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and IceMU does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

IceMU shall not be held responsible for any loss of data, progress, items, or access resulting from:

• Server maintenance
• Technical failures or software errors
• Hardware malfunctions
• Network issues or ISP disruptions
• External attacks (including DDoS or similar incidents)
• Force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by IceMU.

IceMU assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, security, or practices of any third-party websites.

Users access third-party services at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IceMU, its administrators, developers, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of data, accounts, characters, or virtual items
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Hardware or software malfunctions
• Loss of progress or gameplay experience
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IceMU, its staff, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

IceMU reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including but not limited to gameplay features, rates, items, systems, or availability.

Such changes may be made with or without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the administration.

IceMU is a privately operated, unofficial server intended solely for entertainment purposes.

The administration reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason or no reason, without obligation to provide justification.

No virtual items, currency, or progress have real-world monetary value.

By using IceMU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
